Article 1 - Purpose and definitions
1.1. This policy explains which trackers are placed while you browse this website, what they are for, how long they are kept, and how you stay in control of them.
1.2. The term “tracker” here means any device allowing information to be read from or written to your device: a cookie placed by the website or by a third party, but also browser local storage, an invisible pixel, a device identifier or a library embedded in an application. This policy covers all of these devices, whatever their technical form.
1.3. The placing and reading of trackers are governed by Article 82 of French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, as well as by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.
Article 2 - Agreement requested on the video itself.
2.1. Without your agreement, this website only places trackers strictly necessary for its operation, described in the article “Trackers necessary for operation”. It uses neither audience measurement nor advertising trackers, and does not track your browsing.
2.2. Some pages offer videos provided by a third party, described in the article “Content provided by third parties”. They only load at your request: an image stands in for them, naming the third party and stating the use it makes of trackers, and nothing is loaded from its servers until you have clicked “Accept and play the video”.
2.3. This click amounts to agreement for that video and for that viewing only, and it ends when you leave the page. It is not stored: the video does not load again, on this page or on another, without a new click. Not clicking amounts to refusal, and the rest of the website remains fully accessible.
2.4. The trackers the third party placed during the viewing remain in your browser, from which you can delete them at any time, as explained in the article “Your browser settings”.
2.5. On your first visit, a banner informs you that this website only uses strictly necessary trackers and that videos only load with your agreement. It does not collect any agreement: it can be closed, and does not prevent you from browsing the website.
Article 3 - Trackers necessary for operation
3.1. These trackers are essential to the operation of the website and to the provision of the services you expressly request. They cannot be refused, and the law does not require your consent to be obtained in order to place them. They serve neither advertising nor the tracking of your browsing on other websites.

Article 4 - Content provided by third parties
4.1. Some pages embed content hosted by third parties, such as videos or interactive maps. Displaying this content may lead the third party concerned to place its own trackers, over which we exercise no control. Where those trackers are subject to consent, the content only loads with your agreement; the “Consent” column of the table below indicates this for each of them.

Article 5 - Your browser settings
5.1. Your browser allows you to block or delete trackers already stored, including those a third party placed during the viewing of a video. The arrangements vary from one browser to another and are described in its online help.
5.2. These settings do not constitute an agreement: only the button displayed on the video collects it. Furthermore, indiscriminately blocking all trackers in the browser may degrade the operation of the website, including for necessary trackers.
Article 6 - Your rights and your contacts
6.1. The personal data processing carried out through these trackers is described by the privacy policy, available at /en/privacy-policy/.
